Unless Neil is going to square peg him into playing left back we will still be 2 left backs short after selling Brady
Panic stations have seemed to settle in here! As said above (and apparently ignored), Wildshut can play WR, WL or as a striker (he has 5 goals in his last 10 games for Wigan). AN has said that Brady won't leave unless he has a replacement and, IMO, Wildshut could be exactly that, except that he is more versatile than Brady, although, yes, he doesn't play LB. Finding a LB replacement (or two) for Olsson shouldn't be that difficult, but if for any reason we don't, Brady won't leave. I think we will though, and new additions will come in before the window shuts. http://www.pinkun.com/norwich-city/...ccepted_for_wigan_s_yanic_wildschut_1_4867333
On another front, the Pinkun says: "Youssouf Mulumbu will soon be available for Norwich City selection again, after Democratic Republic of Congo were knocked out of the African Cup of Nations." http://www.pinkun.com/norwich-city/...an_cup_of_nations_exit_for_dr_congo_1_4867603
Finding a LB replacement for Olsson is proving so not difficult, we've been rejected twice and got no one in, with only a couple of days of the window left I think you're giving our recruitment team a little too much credit. I hope and think you'll be right about Brady not going unless a left back is coming in, but if we buy Wildshut then where does the money for a LB come from? £4m for Olsson, £4m for Wildshut, Sell to buy, so we must sell to get the LB. I could just see us selling Brady at the 11th hour and the cocking up the deal on his supposed replacement, lea ing us with Whittaker Bah!
