He can't have been an Inter player on 13th September or you've been playing an ineligible player until 1st January as you can only sign free agents if they're free agents when the previous window closed. He must have signed for you in August. If he played for Inter this season then he can't join anyone this window, if he didn't then you count as his only club so he could theoretically go somewhere else. But he's got 3 1/2 years left on his contract so he's not in a hurry to move.
