Incredible to think the whole Country is only a bit bigger by population than Newcastle.

 

It is more like the population of Birmingham. Newcastle 286,000, Birmingham 1 Million, Fiji 900,000. Still impressive though as I doubt Birmingham could put together a team to compete at this level.

 

Again, to play the same tune I often have on here, genetics play a part. To move the muscle weight at the speed, with the power and for the time that they do, 'most' (not all) of Birmingham couldn't train this... Norwich probably could though.
