No, not because of the time but because of the stops in play while big girls blouses demand that tackles are reviewed, and Mourinho and Wenger whining that the TMO wasn't fair to them. I think they should just instantly book anyone who debates a refs decision, even if it's a **** one. The ref in this game has got it right, only gone TMO when he really felt the need to.
