Apparently no talks have taken place and Rudi is staying put. His contract runs out at the end of the season so it begs the question, do we keep this one for the future? At 25 Rudi should be a regular in the premiership if his career is going to flourish. Time to let go or keep? For me I think he and Velonijka can go, never going to make the step up on a consistent basis and too many in front of them.

Both need scrapping and we hopefully can get something better in their places. Lets hope we're not saying the same about Cornelius in a years time...
 
Id keep him unless we get a cash offer and then release him in the summer.

You cant compare him and Velikonja. Rudy contributed to our promotion while Velikonja has been a utter flop and needs to be off the books asap.

Fair enough I agree. However we have a number of players who need to move on if we are to improve. All contributed in The Championship.

Also we could still get relegated.If thats the case Rudy and those players may be needed.

Velikonja wouldnt even be needed if we go down.

Velikonja needs to go now. Rudy may be needed thats why id only let him go permanently if we get cash or we get a replacement.
 
I would let Velikonja go in January and keep Rudy til the end of the season. As long as we stay up he could leave on a free in the summer.

The situation could change if Cornelius comes good or we get someone else in January.
