I find just dressing stylish never goes out of fashion. Fads come and go but style is here to stay.
Maybe worry about what you look like and let people worry about how they look? Not everyone is insecure and worries what other people think about them.

I don't have to worry about what I look like, and what other people look like is no worry to me. Everyone has the choice to dress as they wish, but I am still entitled to an opinion. If people are so insecure that my opinion bothers them, that's their problem not mine.
