If we went up we'd need greater squad depth. I'm guessing Tetty wouldn't make the step up again.

He'd cover many roles, so a smart squad addition.

I'm hoping that DF will continue to develop his tactics and the squad next year. This is what Leitner said about his coach, the players and the fans:

“In my opinion, he is a great coach who has made the most from the possibilities here so far. He is making each of his players and the team overall better. It’s been an incredible season so far. Even reaching the play-offs would be a sensation that we would not have expected before the season. We are a team - and that’s the way it works. You can feel that we are just having fun this season. Everybody gives everything for this club and that is rewarded by our fans. And we play good football you like to watch.”

The best bet would be the Blades away games at Preston, Brum, Hull and Stoke. Preston are on the edge of the play-offs and Stoke are hard to score against, especially at home (where we have to play them as well). The key is still for us to win our games, given the present 4 point margin and 5 points over Leeds.

Yes, the form of several of the teams aiming for a top 6 place is improving and 5th to 11th is separated by 4 points and GD could come into play as well.

With so many teams in contention there will be more potential pitfalls for the leaders, including us, though we've already played many of those teams. As we found out recently, Preston at their place can be very challenging indeed and both the Blades and Leeds have that coming soon. Hopefully we'll have made it through before Villa away on the final day.

My prediction is that we can secure automatic promotion (not necessarily the title!!) as long as we beat Stoke on Easter Monday and it will be a few days short of 8 years since Jackson's hat trick against Derby

Yeah really! If we go to Villa needing a win, I'm afraid my nerves will be shot before kick-off. o_O
