Exactly, the smirking copper I asked said it was only an extra 5 minute walk, 5 minutes my ****ing arse. After a thoroughly ****e performance, the last thing you need is a piss taking police force leading you a song and dance around the mean streets of Rotherham. Coincidentally, how anyone can ever criticise Hull is beyond me - they clearly haven't been to Rotherham.
The coppers at Barnsley used to do this thing where they sent you about a mile up the road to where they said there was an away pub and when you got there, there was just another row of coppers sending everyone back again.
The things that p*ssed me off most was that there was no direction, no one telling you where to walk to get to where the car was parked and worst of all, we had to walk on a pavement about the width of a crisp packet with no protection from a f'ing dual carriageway - how in the hell is that considered to be anything like safe!!! I struggle to understand the perceived need to separate fans, but if they are going to do it, then at least do it with a bit of planning and forethought. I am sure they think football fans = shi*te and therefore of no consequence. W@nkers the lot of 'em.
The main reason we lost this game was down to Chuba Akpom and his awful finishing. The miss at the end by Harry Maguire could also have been significant. Sadly it was not. Whatever happens this season I don't expect us to be going to Rotherham Utd again anytime soon. Cup draws permitting that is.
Akpom wasn't the 'main reason', we lost because of the two awful mistakes and a lack of motivation. Even with Chuba missing we would still have had a point had we not cocked up.
The main reason we lost was because we were second best all over the pitch, it was a collectively piss poor performance. Only hissy fitters and wums would try and single out one player.
