Your lot were very lucky last season due to the various teams having points deducted. However, every new season starts with a clean sheet - there are several teams in this league I’d tip for relegation before Cardiff. I think we’ll end the season in similar positions tbh - but it’s football - give one of us a run of form and the other a string of injuries it can change on a sixpence (I’m just old enough to remember them - and thruppeny bits!!)
How we perform tonight May define our season, we need to put the debacle of Saturday behind us, start as we did against Stoke on the front foot, give a positive performance, win 3 points and move on. If we fail to achieve this our form is going to be difficult for some time to come.
Bristol City predicted team vs Rotherham United: Tanner a doubt as Pearson weighs up changes Bristol City take on Rotherham United at the New York Stadium looking to respond from their disappointing defeat at the weekend https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport/football/bristol-city-predicted-team-rotherham-8803433 Bristol City (4-2-1-3): Max O’Leary; Taylor Gardner-Hickman, Rob Dickie, Kal Naismith, Cam Pring; Matty James, Joe Williams; Jason Knight; Mark Sykes, Nahki Wells, Sam Bell
We need at least 3 points from the next two games as redemption from the Stoke game IMO.... just for confidence alone. Fail and I see ANOTHER struggle season..
No ifs or buts this must be three points-Leeds Saturday and zero points that would not be a good week at all especially after losing the last two games as well. Always believe 3 points tonight boys.
God this is awful after 15 mins We’re being bossed in midfield, and aimlessly pumping long balls forward….
Just as well, we’d be done and dusted against even a semi-decent team with this showing so far. Terrible from City, really, really poor.
What a dire performance first half. Sky presenters struggling to fill the time Another penalty on Bell not given defiantly need var in the championship. Stoke was a defo penalty and is tonight’s game. officials.
