One of the good things about Portsmouth is that for years, we've always given managers a decent period of time, even when they've not been entirely successful we've not rushed to sack them and given them the opportunity to turn it around but there's been calls for the Cowleys to get sacked for weeks on Twitter (which I know is representative of the entire fanbase) and that's just going to get louder. Seeing as keeping Jackett for so long as associated with bad ownership, will the Eisners be as patient with the Cowleys? I personally don't want to see them sacked yet, it's a long season and where you are in October doesn't matter really. They get a lot of stick, but everyone wanted Cowley, and we did sign a whole lot of players over the summer and it's only right that a club spends what it earns, and if they were just in it to make a quick buck, there's plenty of other clubs that don't have falling down stadia that requires literally millions of pounds just to maintain the capacity.
