A poor half but its only 1-0. The next goal is all important.

This, need to make changes at half time, Roberts on for Pritchard, Ekwah on for Amad and push him forward.

I agree mate, this side has been chosen as fit enough and able enough ...

... throwing that up in the air might not be the best idea.

We'd take time to adjust and I felt we've already started to do that.

Sometimes you just have to talk to the players who started and tell them where they're going wrong.

Amad doesn't just become poor and he only needs a moment to change the game.

Should also have scored one but let’s ignore the positive there eh? Let’s also not forget that their only goal came from the left foot of a right footed player with a pinpoint 25 yarder. He’ll never hit another like that with his wrong foot in his career.

They’ve come at us from minute one. Playing like it’s a cup final. We need to adjust but we have the players and manager to do it.
We’ve been awful, they’ve played the best they have all season, we’re 1-0 down. Has Patto made a save?

Probably as poor as we have played for a while. Maybe since Mowbray came in. They arent robots though and time to turn this around. Lets not forget how good these players are just because of 45 mins. Bit more faith needed from some fans, they have earned it.

I would get back to a 4231, make it really clean in there for Neil and Michut. They dominate games time and again but tonight there is nothing much happening in front of them. Seems the forward lads are compressing space too much to me. Id bring Roberts on for Amad and get him and Clarke really wide and make the pitch much bigger.

    We do have the players.

Just think that's the worst we have played and rightly people are annoyed.

Thats the spirit, you would think we were 4 down listening to some, we have a strong bench, the key is keeping it tight and put pressure on them , we have the players to do it.

Aye it's not his first rodeo having to turn it around at half time. Nearly always does the trick without making subs.

What I always find interesting on match day threads is there are certain people who comment non stop when we are losing but rarely comment when we are winning

My thoughts on the 1st half - shocking, losing too many individual battles

Need to make a couple changes at HT and need to play quicker through the lines and improve the movement. Need to get support up to Gelhardt

We’ve shown on enough occasions this season we won’t throw the towel in we can still win this

Was a lovely touch and pass. Funnily he did the same at the weekend for our goal. Not necessarily the bar, just that it’s one thing he did well, and you literally said he’s done nothing. Just pointing out that you’re wrong. Never said he was MotM or anything. I don’t think he’s done much wrong to ge honest. Never had anyone around him, unlike Hugill who’s had 2 or 3 with him every time

Guess it's what you look for. If I was a centre back I know which half I wanted there. Ours look like they have been into a right battle.

That said, let's see what the second half brings.

We will improve but hope that's a bit of a wake up call. Looks like a few thought they just needed to turn up
Made a poor Rotherham team think they are world beaters.
Only a few games in but I'm struggling to see a place for Gelhardt
He's isolated but doesnt help himself. Poor movement and struggles to link play
