    Here’s a thought. With new managers coming in to a club it normally takes a good few games to get their ideas across before you really start to see the changes. That’s with their own back room staff. Beale has Dodds and Proctor still in place. He has to get his ideas across to the pair of them first and subsequently the players. Desperate for us to start showing something different but may take longer than would like due to the setup.

    Didn’t realise Clucas was at Rotherham until last night. Decent player at championship level, I’m surprised he didn’t get a better move in the summer when available for free.

    Tte worst thing any new boss can do is to waltz in, tell everyone it's 'all change' and ignore the advice of everyone already there.
