Love the bloke think he’s a great player. But why do I see so many comments saying a certain player won’t sign to play second fiddle to him etc etc. He’s a great player but hasn’t been tested at this level, if a good striker signs and is playing better at the time he starts and keeps his place until he’s out of form! Charlie wyke scored more goals then him last year. I want competition for every position personally so I want great players to sign thinking he might be number one now but that will be me very soon.
I think you are right mate. In my experience centre forwards are confident and always think they should be first in the team. Alex Neil doesnt strike me as the sentimental type either - if Stewart loses form he will be dropped.
