I would imagine Neil looked at our inability to keep clean sheets and decided to devote his limited time on Friday to working on defending. Apart from the stupid penalty decision and the one that Patterson managed to claw out, I thought the defence did okay on Saturday.

Anyone watching the Sheff Wed v Rotherham game could see why Rotherham have conceded so few. Sheff Wed gave it a right go, but Rotherham held firm and were lethal at the other end. We need to take a leaf out of their book.

Yep, they’ve got some big lads who like to defend. I was impressed by them, I have no doubt they’ll win the league.
