At Carrow Road, Holt's illegal push on Schmeichel was overseen by the linesman which cost us two points, so I can understand people's points about him personally.

However for the record, Norwich are 14th in the Fair Play League. Hull are 18th. But don't let that get in the way of your brainless point about League One clubs who actually aren't League One clubs because they don't play in League One any more and wouldn't be doing well in the Championship if they didn't play in the Championship style.
