I think Rose should talk less and improve his positional play then he'll be worth a first team place.
My mind goes back a long way to Mel Hopkins and Ron Henry.Mel was always first choice until he was injured.Henry came in and,after a dodgy start in a dodgy team,he finally became one of our Double legends!

Come to think of it,if memory serves,Ron Henry scored one of the greatest headers I've seen,at Highbury.Trouble was....he scored it against his own team!!!!!!!
