Actually, it's not who you might think! Although Redknapp did us to that and I do think he's a bit a dick, but that suggestion was inspired by the Gillingham Ladies manager leaving the club and joining Brighton over the summer, taking most of the Gillingham team. Now suddenly a team that finished last season lower mid-table are one of the favourites for the title. That's not that suprising considering they're basically the team that finished last season in ssecond!
