Apparently he is our number 1 target with a £4m loan with option to buy at £15m touted.

He’s not the answer to our goal scoring problems.

It’s like ringing a plasterer to put your roof on.

Simply not good enough and, dare I say it not a patch on Mitro.

£20m sale of Mitro less the £4m for Rondon will help the fat one...

Rondon and Joselu? What a tasty strike-force. Thank you Mike, Thank you Lee

He's out of contract at the end of the season so I suspect this is bollocks.

We finish 10th, West Brom go down and this the calibre of player that we are apparently looking at. **** off. He is dogshit. Ashley and Charnley can **** off.

If Rafa signs off on this he can **** off with Ashley anarl...

DONT SELL MITRO
PLEASE DONT SELL MITRO
I JUST CANT ****ING STAND RONDON
WE WANT THE MAD SERB HERE
HE'S ****ING MAD ITS CLEAR
BUT PLEASE DONT, PLEASE DONT SELL MITRO

Incoming...... Readers Beware
Another Miserable Gits thread.

First Class signing if we can get him, much better than anyone we currently have.
I will wait with anticipation that he's on his way.

NUFC logic - Get rid of a decent young player who will only get better and replace him with a poundland relegation failure.

Rondon is dog **** beyond belief. Ask any West Brom fan.

It was a Teamtalk exclusive, so let's see what happens. So far a Summer of Ki on a free to replace Merino, Dubravka in to replace Dubravka and loaning Kenedy to replace Kenedy is underwhelming. Quite what the **** Steve Nickson is paid for is beyond me.

Even so, this from Keith Downie speaking to Rafa is frankly unfathomable.

Chat (Keith) with Rafa Benitez at Newcastle’s training camp in Dublin.

Me: “Rafa, are you under the impression you have to sell before you can buy?”
Benitez: “Yeah, maybe. I think it’s normal for us now to be like that. Unfortunately we wheel and deal - it’s the way for us. As soon as the price goes high I know we can’t buy them (players). We have to be realistic with our budget, maybe sell some players and then buy some players.

It's making Free-dors initial prediction of a limited budget look ambitious.

Not what I wanted to hear, goal scoring record is poor but I'll back him until I've seen him in the flesh then I will cast my judgement

Very shrewd purchase by Ashley as his value will certainly increase due to his hemorrhoids.
History will tell us Solomon had piles of gold.

Don't doubt The Rafa, he knows what he is doing.

If that is the case there is no way they will entertain a loan.

Sounds like we have to operate within the clubs means. Oh for a sugar daddy eh, who wants to give his money away.

Why are we not in for Abel Hernandez? Lads on a free as opposed to £16-20million spend on Rondon. Look at the GPM ratio...

Rondon: Premier League Games:108 Goals: 24 Assists: 8 GPM: 343 Mins played: 8.234
Hernandez: Premier League Games: 49 Goals: 8 Assists: 4 GPM: 343 Mins played: 2.740

Said it all summer. Despite his injury record he'd be a great cheap addition.

What, like Wolves, West Ham or Fulham? It’s far from the point. By all accounts we had £20m for Pléa, Rafas own choice by his own admission, but we couldn’t find £23m? Smells of complete bullshit to me, trademark Ashley bargain hunting and trademark Charnley incompetence. We will **** around with The Baggies and Rondon, move the goalposts next week and they’ll pull out. We have a poor history with West Brom.

We’re the perfect model of a Championship club. Championship level owner, Championship level MD. A year or two and we’ll be back where we belong.

The longer that fat **** stays the further we fall away from such luminaries as Bournemouth, Burnley, Brighton, Huddersfield, Cardiff and Fulham.
