Looks a friggin tank, strong, agile and a good shot, not bad for a defensive midfielder, I'd rather have him then Olofinjana any day, well played if Leeds get him, perhaps that would mean Michael Brown could **** off out the championship, the bellend!

Sorry, but have to disagree. Brown is excellent IMHO.
Only thing that worries me about this Austin video is that it might have captured his finest moments, but it might only amount to 0.00001% of his playing time. You can make a great promotional video like this for most players, but reality is something quite different. Could probably make a longer, more entertaining video of his howlers. Hope not, and tbh, trust Warnock entirely on this one.

Agree with whitejock - brown was immense in second half of the season unlike the rest of our players, and what an engine! Twice as fit as Clayton and box to box more. I would have liked a better contract for him than a greatly reduced one and why tell everyone that you think he is only worth half or a third of his current wage? Talk about **** man management.

Probably the exact reason why Warnock thought Clayton was replaceable and not worth the contract he (Clayton) was asking for.
I didn't say Brown was **** lol, he does work hard, but he's a prick and he's known to be a cheat from his Sheffield United days
I really like Brown, would be great back-up for Austin. Reports from Norway on Austin are universally positive, and he was officially the best player in their league last year, apparently the stand out star in the Jamaican national team too. I say sign him up.
According to Norwegian TV Austin wants to come to us but Brann want us to double our bid (which shouldn't be too hard since our original bid was only £200k) and apparently we're resuming negotiations over the price tomorrow.
Just read that the Norwegian league is open for transfers in and out at the end of July so I guess we have a little time to sort this one out and agree on a price.
The only thing that worries me about Austin, is that everyone else will know about him now, and the price may get inflated in a bidding war. £2m player for a fraction of the cost, it's too good to be true for some clubs, and especially after after Warnock has already done his homework on the guy. You may even get a a Wigan, Blackburn, Stoke or geordie club upping the anti. Get it done today, come on
I so hope so, Pearce and Austin £3M - £4M worth of talent for less than £750K - Warnock will have earned his wage for this year with that investment...Norwegian press saying a fee's been agreed so you didn't have much time to worry about that one!
