So if any of that were even remotely true, the FA would not have a problem appointing Dean to referee Liverpool and Everton games. But they do. That, however, is a logical argument that wouldn't put a dent into the FA's 99.95% 'conviction' rate of the charges it brings. perhaps the spotlight on referee bias is not the only thing the FA is nervous about.
