Carragher was at the end of his career. Agger possibly at one time but not under Rodgers. Sakho? <laugh>

Tbh you've never replaced Hyypia.

Sakho is quality, don't listen to commentators who don't know what they're watching.

Agger was OK under Rodgers still better than Williams.

I I think he's ok but he's not good enough to challenge top 4, he's a get in the way and kick it away CB. Proper old school, good player but not sure he'd make t at the top hence neither us or Arsenal ever made proper offers

This is the thing - performing well for a mid table club is one thing, performing for a team that expects to win every week is another.

Ask Carroll, Downing, Adam, Lallana, Lovren, Lambert etc.

Sky reporting that were set to hold talks with klipperty before end of the week and have made contact with carlo's representatives.

Can't believe we'd sack a manager in early October without having his replacement selected and nailed-on already. Remember when they sacked Kenny, then first time around Rodgers and Martinez knocked them back? If we haven't got Ancelotti, Klopp or De Boar by the weekend I'll fear the worst - i.e. they're making it up as they go along.

I'm feeling extremely positive (if Klopp comes in). This league is absolutely awful - the fact that we're only 3 points off 4th place speaks volumes.

Top 4 is up for grabs!

To be honest, I think the deal is pretty much wrapped up. Club can't be seen talking to other managers whilst Rodgers is in charge or else there'll be a legal case.

Patience - we have the international break and plenty of time.

I agree, but let's not put pressure on him to get it just now, let him build his team and implement his style before anything. I'm by no means expecting it to be a cake walk.
