I see there is a WWFC Fans' Council meeting tonight. First thing I noticed was AOB. Don't agree with AOB on the agenda. It gives people the chance to hold things back and pop up with business that should be on the agenda. When I chaired meetings I sent out a draft agenda of things I felt should be discussed and invited all attendees to add things they wanted discussed, right up to the day of the meeting (ie no surprises)‏

Yea, she is nice but I found that customers took too long to order and kept spilling their drinks so she spent too much time cleaning up their tables. At the moment on on my own, with her serving, and I smashed two pairs of glasses already
