so what has Robinson bought which part of the land is it? plus is there much difference in the size of land he bought to what the size Fratton pack covers and could the fact the park is now apparently land locked does that lower its price?

plus could the judge use the price he paided as a valuation to fratton park?

I have edited your photo.

Red = Definately purchased by Robinson.
Blue = I am unsure but I don't think this is included.

Because the land is once again owned by a differnt party - the value of FP drops.

One indepenant valuer has said FP is worth £100,000 due to the land surrounding being owned by someone else - also taking into the concideration of how much it would cost to demolish FP to redevelop.

That price was estimated at between £1,200,000 and £1,800,000 due to contaminated land, asbestos and the close proximity of surrounding buildings. Chanrai could, in theory, only receive £100,000 for FP. What a result that would be!
