No-one has control over their brain and how it works. It controls you without you noticing the "decisions" it makes. So, when mental health strikes you have limited options in trying to get back to "normal". Never going to happen.
Really? So a mentally unhealthy family member killing themselves would be a relief to you? Wouldn't you rather they were still alive and getting support from family and professionals? I think you would. Therefore, the coward who excuses themselves from such support and leaves it on you and your family to deal with is a selfish ****. No?

You obviously missed the but where I said if you didn't have kids. Friends aside any family member has come into your life with you having no choice. Sure they may be affected but that's by the by. You owe them nothing as you never chose to be with them
