Odds don't mean much. Rodgers wasn't even in the running with the bookmakers when he was given the Swans job.
I was thinking of him last night jackinthebox, can't remember his name now, but I rate him, good shout!......................
I think the odds will be more of an indicator this time round, now that we are in the Premiership, I'm sure the club already have a contingency plan, and short list, hope we are looking at La lega as well!...............
Di Matteo negative, must admit hadn't noticed that when watching Chelsea, matter of fact I thought he got them playing far more positive than AVB!.................
That though was extenuating circumstances, what else could Chelsea do against Messi and Barcelona? at the end of the day, it worked, and Chelsea are now kings of Europe, I didn't see them playing like that in the Premiership though? ................
Plus they had 10 men for most of the game, what else to do but defend ? And was it 4 first team players out against bayern ?
But this is my point. We play similarly to Barca, he couldn't come up with a way to play like them, apart from defend and counter when posibble. So, can he continue to get us playing the way we do, if he didn't know how to do it himself?
