I've got this all arse about face, the town were div 1 till 2003, they beat Tottenham 1-0 in the league cup in 2006 whilst being in league 2.
I was right remembering they'd won though

Suppose I’ve been inadvertently hearing Tondeur for nearly 30 years (on and off) and I can’t say I’ve ever thought anymore more of him other than him being a local football commentator.

His nasally voice has provided brief amusement at times and I’ve always imagined that he’s incredibly small, under 5ft small.
