You can ride fat bikes on the beach too. They do look good fun and remind me of the bike I learnt to ride on as a kid with the comedy balloon like tyres. You could corner it on rails like Valentino Rossi. Like Guvnor said! There's a clip on you tube somewhere where they compared times between a fat bike and a full suspension bike on the same downhill section - there wasn't much between them with the mallow like tyres almost as good as full suspension.
