leazes, sorry to hear about your accident, but you haven't mentioned how your lass is
she should also claim for any injury separate from your claim
I mean whiplash is just as bad for the passenger, and the bad heads that she will get (trust me the bad heads will reappear later in life)

you both should not suffer at the hands of this idiot

My girlfriend is as bad as me, more shook up though. She has terrible whiplash, poor lass got driving lessons for her birthday in December and doesn't want to use them. My back is the worst, winning 3-0 tonight didn't help, but my neck is in a state as well.

Got physio on Monday, went to hospital straight afterwards for my wrist and I'm at the doctors tomorrow.

We're both claiming personal injury. Could have been a lot worse!

My Dad was stopped at some lights in a Renault Espace on the Scotswood Road, some twat looking at a SatNav hits him in the rear left corner at 70mph. He rolled over multiple times, flipped over a wall and walked away with a broken finger. Any passengers would've been killed. We're still driving the replacement Espace - saving lives = repeat business.

Too true, many people don't get out and walk away
