Dyer winner for Leicester takes me back to a game I played in Lancaster over 50 years ago. 2-2 with a few minutes to go, I beat their goalkeeper in a race to the ball and headed the winner. Never saw it go in,however, as he clattered me in the head and I was knocked out and taken straight to hospital. Broken jaw, cut lip( still have the scar) and a few loose teeth!
I had one in indoor last year where the keeper went to clear it in the last few seconds, smashed it into my face, don't think I was knocked out, just hit the ground hard and dazed, but the ball looped in for the equaliser. Actually had three weeks in a row I think where I charged down keepers to score rebound goals.
