    2-1 Ings.

    Blackburn are ****ing dogshite.

Burnley have been awful but they've scored twice.

Both poor sides based on this.

No pressure on us at all IMO with a 13 point lead over 3rd place
I actually think it's good for us that Burnley are keeping within striking distance though as it keep the players focused ( not that Pearson would allow anything else!!)
If we win the title then great but 2nd will do and if that happens then blimey full credit to Burnley as they would certainly have earned it.

Now that will be a game worth watching

I'd go with a 3-3 scoreline given both teams ability to score.

If i was really pushed id posibly say 3-2 burnley, but only because they are the home team

Any idea when the fixture is? Wil it impact on your promotion or just a case of who is 1st & 2nd?

I think it's in a few weeks time. It's on SKY.

It leaves us both with 8 games left so its not enough to outright say who will finish where but it's a very important match.

A match between the 2nd and 3rd more potent strike forces in England.

I think it's a "do not lose" for both sides.

    Ings + Vokes - 36 goals.

Withour meaning to offend you or any other Leicester fans, you have to realise that you are playing in the NPc against 2nd rate defenders.

    Are you telling me that when you get promoted, you will score more goals than ;
    man city
    Spurs
    man Utd
    Liverpool
    Chelsea
    Arsenal
    TYhe list goes on.

ihope you arent otherwise you may be in for a bit of a shock next season.

What kind of figures do you honestly believe the strikers from the clubs I've named would score if they were playing in this 2nd division / NPC.

Id be intrested to hear if any other Leicester or Burnly fan actually believes this. I honetsly hope for your sake they do not.

Do you think your front pairing will get 40 + goals next season against premiership oppo? Might be a few dissapointments if you do!

Are you actually reading this mate or just trying to cause an argument for the sake of it?

Andy said the 2nd & 3rd most potent stike forces in the country.
I asked him how he came to that conclusion
He posted goal tally's from top 3 scoring pairings in the country at the moment.
So i have just pointed out that we play in the second tier.

If You, Leicester or even Us went and played in the GM conference, we'd all score hundresds of goals for fun....wouldnt we? or can you not see that?

i asked if he believed that they were more potent than Man City etc...Thats all.

if you want to start an argument, then fine. im having a genuine chat with a leicester mod. Nothing malicious..wel until you turned up anyway.

You have shown yourself for what you are mate

    See ya <ok>

I know he said that, but where does he say they'd be the same in the Prem? You put:

Not trying to start an argument, just trying to work out how you came up with that when all he gave was a fact that their strikeforce has scored the third most in the country.

    No he didnt.
    read Andys post again.
he said that they were the 2nd and 3rd most potent strike forces in the country.

I dont entirely agree with that because i believe all the clubs i have mentioned have more potent strike forces.
The stats on goals are not relevant because we do not play in the same division / league.

If we all played in the Prem or NPC then you could compare them.

Thats the point i have made, nothing else. i dont doubt the figures, just the fact that they are more potent than man Utd etc.

I cant explain it any more simply. Sorry

Its like me saying we have the 4-5 th (just a guess) best defence in the country because we have conceeded less. Its completely skewed.

    Does that make sense?

All I said is that Nuge + Vards is the 3rd most potent strikeforce in England.

Obviously based on goals scored, has nothing to do with who we've played.

i understand that mate, and based on stats you are correct at the moment.

Thats diffrent to having the 3rd most potent strikforce in the country.
It has everything to do with who you play.

but i think we got crossed wires. never mind <ok>

id still be intrested to hear if any other fans believe this to be the case?

Obviously they're not the best striker partnership, because like you say, there are better PL partnerships.

But they are the third most potent partnership. Get it?

If Assombalonga and Ajose have scored 30 then that makes them joint 3rd (they've also played a game yesterday in which both scored i.e we have a game in hand) and Luton Town aren't a football league side, so do keep going <doh>

It was on Sky Sports before the Burnley game today FFS <doh>
