Commentators on Radio Derby said they deserved at least a draw. Then again, they always seem to say that.
Anyone been on Hulls match thread versus Bolton yet? Anyone on suicide watch over there? They don't take losing well, seemed to get pretty menstrual after their last defeat. Not sure if to be a massive bellend and go on and completely ruin it by posting insightful comments such as these... *Vydra Actually, nah I'm gona go ahead and grow up a bit. They have some sensible posters too so don't want to offend them. Besides, pretty sure AKCJ tried something similar and they lost the plot
They lacked cutting edge up front, but gave us an uncomfortably good contest in the middle of the park, to the extent that we ended up going 3-6-1.
Yeah, took advantage of some bad results this weekend. I think the only team that seems capable of catching you is Watford and even then you should get second.
Bolton won again tonight. Up to 10th now. Another contender for that last play-off place? Hull v Bolton in the play-offs could be very interesting...
Wolves are deep in the doo doo ... but Watford might not be keen on Wolves 'physicality' - definitely one of the more bruising sides in the division .. as Andy King's shin testifies .. still absolutely flabbergasted that Henry wasn't red carded for that challenge - let alone not even booked!!
Nope - the strength of their squad had me very nervous - especially on the back of the transfer window with them bringing in DJ and David Bentley (and their form just prior to that was pretty damn good too) - but they don't look much of a 'team' right now (although they have a great chance for an FA Cup semi-final at least) - I'm hoping that they will start to get it together now because that could be bad news for our rivals who still have to play them ..
