City have just confirmed the signing of Gundogan for £21m. The guy is injured FFS with a dislocated knee-cap and will be out for at least 5 months. Now that to me is an extremely risky call, that is a very unpredictable injury - I should know, it ended a promising athletics career for me. Once the knee-cap goes it is prone to frequent recurrences so this is a big gamble for Pep.
