All the RS and chav doubters and crap press pundits have suddenly gone quiet or done a 360 degree turn.

Like gn said too early to say some player but for me if he is better than what we had then it is good buy. Like the RS have found it is bloody difficult to buy a top player

To be fair Christain, it's probably no difference to how a lot of UTD fans have felt about the transfer. Your own fans were probably the most pissed off that all that was spent on an 'unkown' French kid.

Yes he's had a great start (to be 100% honest, fair play to the lad, imagine the pressure he's had). So yes he deserves credit. Time will tell, but yeah he's clearly turning peoples views. I'll be one to admit, he looks like a decent player. But it was still a massive gamble, and many, many, many of these haven't come off in the past (for lots of teams). Time will tell, but yes he's had a great start <ok>

So well done on predicting (guessing) he would do well <laugh>

This is because some have yet to come to terms with the new era. This is not fergie's United when ordinary players can be transformed into good ones or great players can be bought quietly at reasonable prices.

The really exceptional players will be chased by the top clubs because the agents and selling club will market their client to get the very best price. He is potential but today potential cost as much as if not more than proven performances.

Honestly if benteke is worth £33m in your team, then Martial was an absolute steal at £36m or £56m or more. And I've said that at the time of the purchase <ok>
