Usually ex-player goes back and has a stormer against old club, possible goal?? So Schneiderlin. Along with Schweinsteiger we have two defensive players in midfield - one can get forward, the other is a ball player. Saints may not be playing well but they're just beginning to score goals at home.

Herrera on the right?

Instead of Mata. He's more energetic and the drop in quality is non existent really. Herrera is likely to work his bollocks off too.

Could have Young but he is always poor on the right and Valencia, let's just leave it there with him.

Alternatively we play a pure 433 and have Herrera as the third midfielder with the striker force I put above. I would live to see that team develop and learn to play together. It has everything.

I agree with your earlier post - Young has been given enough chances on the right and he just doesn't do well. Depay didn't look very good there either. Having said that, Rooney wasn't playing, so maybe it's worth a go. But then you lose Herrera so fck that idea <laugh> and anyway we have Darmian on that right side to provide the pace and width also.

The main thing for me is get it to front 3 as soon as! Ideally to Rooney playing in the hole like he fcking used to. Not dropping deep, not wondering off to the right wing. Just hovering between Southampton's back line and their midfield and fcking them over with some decent movement.

It's come to something when the chavs are gloating for beating Tel Aviv at Stamford bridge <laugh>

Grateful for small mercies. As for the gloating that they used the B team, well that team seems to be flavour of the week as the A team has become useless.

Arsenal having been criticised for a listless display yesterday must be chomping at the bits to get some points aginst the chavs. This is a must win for Maureen. Can he afford to be 13 points from City? Can they become the most useless champions in history in conceding the title after just SIX matches?

8 points and it is a long season

Costa getting away with murder and referees turning a blind eye. Roman must have been working very hard. How soon will we see Dean and Riley driving brand new Mercs ? <whistle>

Everything about Chelsea is perfectly matched. Scum manager liked by barely anyone (and even more amusingly can't seem to grasp why), scum centre half liked by barely anyone, scum centre forward liked by barely anyone.

It must puzzle Mourinho why everyone STILL hates him and his teams even when they're not top of the league.

Have to admit Chelsea are pretty easy to dislike, just can't help but embarrass themselves a little to often.

At least clubs who had success were respected for their football despite being hated. I include United and our rivals in that (except Leeds who were and are scum). But Chelsea have no redeeming qualities for the neutral to admire.

Players like Ronaldo or Suarez while often playing the part of pantomime villains, still clearly had immense talent and for fans of football could be appreciated for what they did at their best. Costa is a talentless thug who has his instructions from Jose... who himself is fast becoming a talentless manager.

Costa getting banned would do Chelsea a favour. He's either the donkey I always thought he was or he's totally out of form. But he's one of Jose's big signings and therefore undroppable. They look a better team with Remy and his pace up top.

As it goes I do think he'll get a 3 match ban this week. The evidence is irrefutable.
