Yeh not expecting newcastle to hold on. Chelsea will win via a dodgy decision or two as always.

Cue mourinho's post match drizzle. If they lose/draw, he will blame the oppo, the fans, the ref. If they win, he will complain about his own team for not making it easier. #predictable

Gerrard on the bench for Liverpool. Pundits saying it's for the Basel game...but lets be honest here, it's also for the game against us next week.

Not getting carried away but if... IF we can win on monday and then beat that bottom half club the league may be about to get very interesting.

Third time I've watched Chelsea this season, second time I've watched Costa. I don't get the hype.

Yep. A bit too early. We are still rank outsiders. If we come within 3-4 points of the leaders with the run in in sight then we could be in contention.

As the cliche says: each game as it comes ...<ok>

They didnt though and thats a good thing for football.

f** chelsea <ok>

Ultimately it'll make no odds, they're the best side in the division by a street, only a massive injury crisis could possibly derail their procession to the title this season

Best right now. To me they are like arsenal last year. Posdibly peaked to early.

Are they getting better or worse tobes? I think we all knpw tye answer to that one.

They've just had a couple of crap results, it doesn't alter the fact that they're by far the best side in the division and after 38 games will prove it.

You're just clutching at straws lad

Yeh i dont think they are very good so we will leave it at that. Efficient and ruthless early on but football wise theyre nothing special.

But that was always the way with mourinhos chelsea.

No straw clutching either. Just the fact its December and over half a season is ahead of us means the title is very much alive for any club willing to step up. Be it city, united, arsenal <laugh> or well yeh.... Thats it.

No defence, no leader & a dinosaur manager. What a shambles. #afc

Bloody hell, just got home. Would have put my life savings of the Russian Mafia beating the Barcodes!

Be serious profits for Newcastle brown ale tonight, and a lot of sore heads on Tyneside tomorrow morning
