Whatever way you look at it, Ranieri had to be sacked. Wether the players where at fault or not for the breakdown with the manager you can't sack a whole squad of players, even if they where the problem. At the end of the day Leicester where heading in one direction this season under Ranieri and that's the championship.

Last year they had an amazing season, but it's history now, so sentiment shouldn't come into it.

For me I think Leicester had to make a change to give themselves the best chance of staying up. And owners sometimes have to be ruthless and make that change even if it proves unpopular with the fans.

When a team needs confidence, whether a premiership relegation candidate or a championship struggler, they benefit from playing the RS. The RS have no ****ing heart, no fight. I honestly have rarely seen a team that can be so easily bullied. They have also completely lost the plot. With their manager not knowing what to do. A sure sign of indecision is also in his failure to buy to rectify any weakness unless he can't see any and thinks his team is already a world beater.

Actually after seeing the RS for >one year under him, I now think Klopp should stay and be given time to achieve his objectives <whistle>

In his post match interview Klopp says they wern`t ready for this!! It`s not as if they have had FA cup or European games as a distraction. Only last week he was blaming the busy xmas schedule.
 
Well, surely now is the time. We have a game in hand on the RS who play Arsenal this weekend and we are at home to Bournemouth. Ideally these two will draw and if we can grab six points from our next two games we will be in a strong position.

After 11 games the Dippers were top with 26 points.

They've got 23 points in their last 15 games.
