Good to see you lost the Nexus whatever Taptalk rubbishWell unfortunately i rather bitterly accept that my barometer of success is finishing in the top 3 and above you guys well because unless managerial change occurs we wont progress and the way its looking wenger wont ask for an extention neither will we give him one..genuine excitement when a new guy from one of schmidt, allegri, sampaoli come in...unlike other teams we have a prime squad,a great one with not much building to be done and the new guy will have some money to spend as well besides excellent training facilities and stadium.
But this low barometer of success is all i have until Arsene is around,he lost it after the barren years and he cant get back. Its over.

Utter crap, if the squad is so good why don't you win things? If the new manager will have money why doesn't the current manager? Sanchez is off and he's your only top player. Excellent facilities mean **** all without success on the pitch, Arsenal are a joke if Utd, Liverpool or Chelsea had played Bayern then the result would not have been the same. Your club is a prime example of the modern day money club and until your fans stand up and fight against it you'll always be in the position you are. I'd take the ups and downs of football over the ****e you lot are stuck in.

Aggressive for you, mate![]()
The squad was so good at chelsea but ranieri didnt win things, mourinho did...the squad was so good at city but hughes didnt win things mancini did, barcelona 13/14 had a better squad than any of the premiership top 6,im going so down to accomodate you guys but he ended trophyless that season.Utter crap, if the squad is so good why don't you win things? I'm torn between feeling sorry for the Gooners and wanting to shake them out of this stupid attitude they are stuck in.

And dont joke mate result would have been different
Wenger for most of his time at Arsenal has been a massive failure, especially in Europe. Even the invincible team, where more like the invisible team in the CL. They did well domestically initially when he took over, largely down to him already inheriting a side with big characters and a strong defensive base to build upon, and to be fair to him he did add some great attacking talent, but once the spine of that side left, he was never able to replace them.
The way Arsenal played last night is not a true reflection of the talent in the Arsenal team, however it is a true reflection of the character of that team and the manager.
Arsenal are a spineless, gutless team who have proved time and time again that they don't have the temperament to handle these big occasions, this is why they have lost their last 8 CL knockout ties, and I think it has now become a major psychological problem right throughout the club. It is similar to the psychological scars England have in penalty shootouts. The Arsenal team played like a scared team last night, everytime they gained possession of the ball they looked uncomfortable, and could barely string a few passes together. Yes Bayern do press well, but a huge part of it was Arsenals players cracking under the pressure.
I think the only way they will shake off this psychological problem they have is if they sack Arsene Wenger, those players are a big reflection of the managers character.

Bayern are a top side, but I don't believe any of the other top English sides would have been rolled over the way Arsenal where. As the others have the leaders and a sane enough manager to realise how to approach these type of games. Yes they all would have been dominated statistically by Bayern, but the score line wouldn't have been as extreme, as there are better ways to counteract a side that are technically superior, than to completely roll over. The other sides would have shown some heart and fight, something Arsenal never show under Wenger.
Arsenal only beat sides they have a technical advantage over, they don't know how to deal with teams who can play at a similar or superior level, so they just get completely rolled over.
