He'll be in here in a minute claiming those quotes were taken out of context cos Scholes fouled Zola sometime in the 1990s <laugh>

He actually said that Rafa had achieved more than Fergie ever will? Was he dropped on his head as a baby... repeatedly?

Fergie could never lead an unfancied team to a league title or a European trophy. Never.

Especially not in a league that is so comprehensively dominated by two much larger clubs.

like how everyone is saying what a bad league it is this year and how our team is so bad... yet if we swapped the Manchester teams around everyone would be saying how amazing city are.. Just like last season even though ****ty city won it on goal difference and with the last kick off the season, all we heard was how amazing they are wtf is that about lol

Shwan, it's that kind of comment that makes me want to smack you around with your replica David Beckham coffee mug.

He's been very Ronaldo-esque this season.

    That's a good question.

Heart says ronnie, head says bale.

Ronaldo though bale wouldn't be a bad second choice.

Never been a fan of bale but he's really starting to shine. Can't argue with class like that.

A Chelsea fan claims he's the best in the league but surely that's RvP. Stand out player in the stand out team

I disagree, at any of the top clubs Bale would probably be forced to stick to a role with a lot less freedom, probably on the left wing for United or as an inside right forward for Real to cut inside on to his left foot for example, where as at Spurs at the minute a majority of that team seem to be there just to supply or cover Bale, he has complete freedom to go literally wherever he wants whenever he wants, he leaves no width down the left because he's usually in the middle where Dembele wants to be, on the right with Lennon or up top in front of Adebayor. I'm not criticizing because its working for them, but if he actually played more on the left I do feel the team would have scored more goals overall than they have by relying on Bale to get most of them.
