I thought that, not sure what constitutes an error though. Not good to be up there with Villa all the same, you would expect a manger with Klopp's reputation to knock that **** out of them. That said, I remember when Martin O'Neil looked like a great manager at Forrest.

I'm genuinely surprised he hasn't bought any decent defenders or defensive midfielders. Look back to May and even the Liverpool fans I know were ALL expecting a war chest being unleashed by FSG and Klopp to spend big on some top signings thanks to his history and contacts.
On top of that he's loaned out or sold off much of their talent from the youth team.

Seems he is being forced to operate on a zero "net spend" budget, sell to buy in other words. You can only do so much in each window with those constrictions. Will he be given long enough, can he even do it, who knows.
It's still early days but I do wonder whether he has the temperament to manage a big club with big expectations. He's not at Dortmund anymore despite any similarities at Liverpool. Liverpool may be the underachievers in English football atm but their ultimate ambition is higher than Dortmund's.

Good question, he doesn't seem to have any kind of plan except "fast and in their face", if that fails their is no plan B because it wouldn't suit his style or system.
Liverpool is perfect for him at the minute. 6th or above will be considered acceptable and failing that his fans are so used to disappointment that "it's rock and roll football, it's special" will have them spanking each other's. Basically he's killing time.
He'll need to win something for the fans to qualify that in their own minds let alone convince everyone else of it.
Killing time to go to somewhere like Bayern or RM? Which is why I asked whether he's up to managing them and bringing success?
I really don't think so, his interviews have already toned down and he looks a little unsure of what is happening on the field. If they have a few bad results and the media get on his back I can see him cracking.

He's already won the getting to two finals in one season trophy. That seems to have qualified his awesomeness in the minds of most of their fans
