I like the fact that in Spain all lower half teams drawn against top half teams automatically play at home for the first game of the season.
Anyone else, and following Napoli he'd be finished as a manager of a top club. More like a Ranieri hoping to get a job at Leicester but most likely ending up in the Championship plying his trade. It's ridiculous Real Madrid are that desperate for managers.
Everyone else has had a spell there. When you sack your manager every 18 months, eventually you will go through all the decent ones. I mean, they don't come much better than Mourinho and Ancelotti, different managers, but both winners. Wouldn't be surprised at this rate if someone like Gary Monk got a shot, rate they are going. Thats not to say he isn't a decent manager, just that, by law of eventuality, they will have to go through every half decent manager in world football.
The RS are playing an Arsenal team without central defenders mertersacker and koscielny. Easy win for them. Unless Brenda **** it up...
Arsenal are totally bottling this. Perfect example of Wenger's weakness as a manager. Unable to rethink and manouevre under unexpected circumstances like CB's being sidelined.
Title contenders my fcking ar5e. Same old bottle jobs. I can understand it's a new CB pairing but what I don't get is why their midfield and attack has totally cracked as a result.
Liverpool have just sent Balotelli back to AC Milan on loan, agreeing to pay half his wages into the bargain. I wonder when Sisu will be on to tell us that still makes Balotelli a better deal than Falcao? LOL. That is all.
Sisu will make up some stats, go completely nuts when they're pulled apart, hurl some very personal insults around and then disappear and pretend like the conversation never happened. That guy is extremely unstable. Genuine psychiatric candidate.
So here's the plan. We sell them Balotelli for £16million. Ww Gotcha. Great bit of business. Brendan really turned AC Milan over on that one.
We monumentally ****ed up, can't disagree one bit I won't deny the fact I thought he'd knuckle down and be a success, it turns out I was as wrong as you could possibly be! At least he won't be hanging around Melwood like a leech trying to spread his **** mentality around to our other players now though...I'm trying to desperately find a positive out of all this!
It could have been worse. You could have signed him on loan and not been forced to pay someone else £3.5m a year to take him off your hands for the next two years until his contract expires. Or the full £6m if he breaks the discipline clause Milan have had to stick in his contract and gets sent straight back to Liverpool in a sulk. That would have been a terrible idea. I reckon Balotelli is going to turn into Liverpool's Winston Bogarde, except of course Bogarde was signed on a free!
He's no Torres. £50million to sign him. Many millions more paid in wages. Loaned to AC Milan who didn't have to cover his wages. Paid AC Milan to "sign" him so he could be loaned on to Atletico. Spectacularly **** bit of business.
