there are 36k people living on Monaco? how much stadium capacity you want? current one is more than 18k meaning more than 50% of the population of Monaco
meanwhile as a club, the fan base in France is wider spread around the whole france, the culture in france is different than in england, with many supporting local clubs but everyone favor another from big ones which was over the years : PSG, OM and Monaco .. don't comapre england culture in football to France one
so to use the stadium capacity as a reference is a wrong argument
anyway you are missing the bigger picture again .. chelsea fans should never complain about Monaco spending .. you simply have no right .. prior to Abra coming, if you asked anyone to name top 3 clubs in france in past 50 years , you will get monaco .. ask about top3 clubs in england .. no one will name Chelsea even in top10 let alone top3

They differ alright, Monaco have had success and great players before the rich owner arrived and were recognised as a club worldwide, Chelsea were absolute nobodies prior to RA taking over.
What they just wont accept the chavs is that if FFP was about in 2003 they would have missed out on Europe every season with their 800m net debt. But seeing as it is now and wasn't then they are all about 5k crowds. Arseholes
