I guess there will never be a proper debate over how the scheduling of matches might ultimately affect the league placings. At least not until one of the Sky favourites are chasing Leicester and have to play on three successive Mondays. Actually hang on a minute, they'll never schedule that will they!

Moyes has really pushed the boat out with his scouting on this one.
It's the fifth time that Pienaar's signed for him! <laugh> (Loan to Everton, transfer to Everton x2)

In an unrelated story, Leon Osman and Tony Hibbert are out of contract. <whistle>
Joleon Lescott also turned down a transfer to Rangers, due to family reasons.
Those reasons are probably that none of his family could take his medical, which he failed.

Maybe Lescott's next accidental tweet will be of a 8 year old Fiat Uno.
 
So FNF is effin awful. Too many pundits, weak banter, Stelling not wearing a suit jacket to cover his moobs and Rachel Riley making for a poor presenter.

Dancing with Nathan Redmond, random questions from a gastro pub and over an hour of sucking off United and their new signings. There was about five minutes of analysis in there too which was nice. Not a good start.

I always hope United lose but it would be perfect tonight after all that build up.

Completely agree. This has been a dogs dinner of a pre match build up. The gastro pub link was just awful and the Thierry Henry/Pogba love in was cringeworthy.

I do like Rachael's threpenny bits though.

So nobody's allowed to mouth off to the officials or react angrily at decisions this season?
Why's Mourinho doing it, then?

Stopping the players but not the managers is stupid and inconsistent.
Why not apply it to them too and cut it out completely?

Shane Long has been poor so far...very unlike him.
Southampton look dangerous until they get to the edge of the United penalty box.
Seems pretty flat atmosphere tbh especially when it's the home debut for Ibrahimovic and Pogba and Jose's first home match too

Looked like he got clipped and one leg went into the other. Not often I'll agree with Alan Smith but I thought he was spot on.

Annoying since United barely deserve the lead, let alone a 2 goal advantage.
