1-1 FT. Two good results for us today, so a win is absolutely vital now.
It was anyway really, but this could be such a massive weekend for us.

Big match so 1-2 with Kane to bag the winner. Stoke's 4 wins in the last 10 have been against bottom clubs so I don't see a problem tomorrow.

I hope we win 1-0 tomorrow with Alderweireld getting away with an elbow, Kane diving for a pen and Vertonghen getting away with pulling Shawcross back to the centre circle while defending a corner.

To defeat Leicester we must become Leicester.

Todays arsenal result is massive for Man United, which in turn, could be huge for us. - And the timing is amazing.

United's final 5 fixtures are Palace, LEICESTER, Norwich, West Ham and Bournemouth.
United now sit 4 points behind the final CL spot, so they are going to be fired up over the last few games. Obviously if they can beat Leicester, its great for us, but united will also have in mind that Arsenal and City still have to play one another!! - so either 1 team is going to drop points, or both will.

A very interesting end to the season coming up.

But knowing us, we'll lose to Stoke tomorrow and it'll be game over! <laugh>

So so close to a perfect result but I guess a draw plus Vardy suspended is the best we could've hoped for.

Swansea were utterly atrocious yesterday but maybe just maybe they can pull off a surprise at home. I think a draw is the best we can hope for but should it happen (Siggy with a 90th minute howitzer would be marvellous), we're in for a grandstand finish and real pressure/nerves for the first time this season as far as Leicester are co concerned.

In any event, first things first. We MUST take advantage of today by closing the gap to 5 tomorrow. No ifs or buts, there isn't enough time left to be pissing about.

Let's go fox hunting. <monster>

Leicester are home to Swansea.

Swansea won away to Woolwich and beat Chelsea at home last week.
It is possible for them to get a result despite yesterday's performance.

The number of games we've drawn has been mentioned many a time on this forum, often cited as one of the main reasons we are lagging behind in the title race instead of running away with it.

While I am inclined to agree, after today's results, 3 of the supposedly best 4 teams in all the land have drawn around 10 games. Leicester are on 10, we're on 11 and Arsenal are on 9. I would suggest that this indicates - more than simply 'they struggle to kill teams off' - just how competitive the PL has become. When even the top sides are regularly being held to a draw, it goes to show how level the playing field has become...

So we are 5 pts clear of those chasing us (possibly 6 if you factor in GD -
although Citeh are capable of eating into that if their best XI play the remaining games) .

Is that enough to ensure we finish in the top 3 ??

I agree completely. If you don't take your chances and kill teams off, then they'll come back at you and nick something.
Lots of clubs seem to have gamechanging players on their benches now and will exploit tired legs or poor attitudes.
Arsenal tried to stroll through the game today, happy with a 1-0 win. That's becoming a big mistake.

And Leicester without Vardy are not the same proposition. His pace to create space for Mahrez and Okazaki is vital to them. Ulloa is not the same type of player at all.
