You see, if every time someone came on to a site (that is here for the express purpose of allowing them to express their opinion), had to actually put money forward in order for them to legitimize their opinion, that site would cease to be a football chat-room and would, instead, become a Bet Fred or a William Hill.

There are places for that kind of activity, Sucky. They are called "betting offices" or "turf accountants," Sucky. They are different kinds of places to chat-rooms. They are for people who want to gamble, as opposed to merely express their opinion.
