Sunderland weren't even that good today. It was in many ways a typical Allardyce performance: 3 shots on target, 3 goals.

I think he'll keep them up. Villa could go into meltdown as they also have a distinctly sub-average squad that lacks even the know how and experience of Sunderland or Toon.

I think Villa, B'mouth (sadly) and Chelsea will go down. In that order.

So glad the commentator is unbiased during the Liverpool game today.Celebrating Benteke's goal like a fan "that's what we'll see plenty of as Liverpool posper under him (Klopp)". So that is inevitable then.

Awful penalty decision in the Tyne-Wear Derby. Ever unbiased, Quinn manages to skirt around it and instead blames Coloccini for using his strength.
Agreed. It was shoulder to shoulder, which is okay. I suppose you could argue that Coloccini gives him a little push at the end, but not enough for it to be a pen, to me, nor for it to be called most of the time.

Klopp, Sherwood and AVB on the one hand and Pochettino on the other contrast in their reactions. I actually like the former group for celebrating, since they are in the entertainment business. But not celebrating is a better idea if you want to win. Celebration is a distraction and encourages everyone to relax. It certainly happened to Liverpool today. Celebrate when the game is over...or the season.

"Tough choice at the weekend: do we want to see Liverpool win so Moron gets the sack,
or Chelsea get a point so the sickly fug of Klopp and Mouser fanboyism in the media continues to look misplaced and utterly stupid?"

A draw.
I want both sickly sagas to linger on unto the moment when neither Chelsky nor the Poool
are able to take a potential CL slot away from Spurs.

After that, do with them what you will.

Definitely don't want Moron to get the sack. A manager without his arrogance and paranoia could do some real damage with that squad.

I'll enjoy it whatever the result but in an ideal world I'd like Chelsea to win and Mourinho to limp on until our game, where we win a third london derby in a row to put the final nail in Jose's coffin.

COYS :D

What happens in a match of they both have 5 players sent off for a mass brawl? Surely nobody gets points. If so, that please

Or the team which has the 5th one sent off first, loses?

Being technical and pedantic it's impossible to show a card to multiple players at once. Yes to the naked eye it seems like that. For example when two players get sent off for brawling...but technically one was waived the red card first, a split second before the other got it.

So the team with the player furthest from the ref wins the game? Doesn't sound fair.
