Anyone still doubt Hart as a World Class 'keeper? He's been incredible in the Champions League even whilst the rest of the side seem to crumble in the competition. Saved a Messi penalty last season and another one this season.

Well done to Manchester, English clubs have now gone a whole day without embarrassing themselves in Europe.

I'll always doubt him as a world class keeper... but on the topic of keepers, Gomes has been in world class form this season :D, even if he sounds bitter about his time with us

'It’s the club (who are to blame). Certainly, I would not recommend to anyone (to join Spurs),' Gomes told ESPN.

I'm sure he has come out strongly and said that was not what he said, but I can't find any quotes at the moment - perhaps it was on twitter or something

Can anyone provide a reason why Eva Carneiro was not asked to testify in an investigation into whether she was verbally abused by Mourinho? I can't think of a reason, other than to minimise damage to Mourinho, of why they didn't think her testimony was worth listening to? An absolute disgrace in my eyes - unless anyone can argue that they acted properly?

Interesting. I'm guessing that they called in the linguistics expert to translate the incident, because otherwise it would have been just one Portugese speakers word against another's. Maybe that's why they didn't call her? Does seem rather odd, though.

I think it should have been both parties and the "expert". Surely linguistics have to be in a context, and the 2 people in the spat can provide that.

Yes. But again, it would have just been Mourinho's version versus Carneiro's. Both would obviously put their own slant on it, hence the expert.

It is probable that Mourinho would put more spin on his version than Carniero would even contemplate putting on hers, but how can you not ask questions of the two people in the dispute. Greg Dyke should insist that it is re-investigated and all parties are ordered to attend.

West Brom are ao boring and negative.
No wonder Berahino was so desperate to come to WHL.
He must be wondering what it's like to play in a side that actually attack sometimes.

2-0. Game over. Dive, though.
Only real downside of Palace's game today. Lots of dives.

We need Palace to keep plugging away, so as to push Arsenal and Chelsea out of the equation, leaving the road clear for us to make a cheeky swoop for 4th.

I think when Citys front 4 start to click someones gonna get a hiding...always a bit suspect at the back when Kompany is out though

After what we did to £ity, they'll be out to give someone a good hiding, that's for certain.
