Pochettino would seriously annoy me as Spurs manager, having to listen to that clown translating his interviews.

Looks like it's the season of despotic owners given Cardiff and Saints are losing two decent managers to a bigger ego. Let's up Mad Dog follows suit :)

Angel di Maria doubled the lead with a low finish before Gareth Bale replaced Ronaldo in the 68th minute.

Bale, without a goal since November, did little to win back his place.

He may find a space in the side through Fabio Coentrao's suspension after the left-back - rumoured to be a January target for Manchester United - was sent off for a second booking late on.

Stunning agreement we have with Real, strengthen all teams around us who play in red.

All of our affiliations are flawed in some way:
Factitious tap up our players yet won't sell us any
Internacional won't sell us their players, or sell their players to our rivals
SuperSport mainly means an inconvenient and utterly pointless pre-season tournament in South Africa
San Jose was merely Simon Dawkins' gap year and haven't raised our profile in the US
South China haven't produced any players worth taking on and haven't raised our profile in the Far East

What have we been using to select them? A dartboard?

If City can avoid an away tie from now till the Semi I think they'll get the FA Cup

• Katharina Liebherr takes over as non-executive chairwoman

Could lead to their manager exiting and possibly some of their top young players. They are in such a healthy position that for Cortese to walk away, must mean there are potential problems.

Both big improvements on Sagbo, in my opinion. A lack of quality forward options has held you back a bit, so you should push on now.
Decent show of ambition from the owner. Now, if you can just get him to shut up...
