Each to their own but personally I think incarceration should only be applied in extreme cases and should be about protecting the public. Is Tevez really a danger to you or I?

In a society where rapists are only receiving cautions and the Pharmaceutical industry is testing its product on African Children I'm not sure Tevez is really someone I want to be getting worked up about.
