Just seen the highlights of Man Utd v Hannover on Youtube.
Nice to see that the Salford mob have now resorted to diving in order to win friendlies.

Lovely third goal for ze Germanz, from Norwegian striker Mohammed Abdellaoue.
Decent scoring record, as it happens.

Arsenal News!

Robin Van Persie has failed a medical at Manchester United. He has a severely damaged back after carrying a full squad last season.

"The Premier League has five or six teams who can play for the title - and we are one of them. We really want to win this trophy." Podolski said.

Bless....

We're still in a better position to win it than you are. We have strikers, we've now got the RvP saga out of the way, so the squad can get focussed, meanwhile the Modric saga rumbles on. You have a manager who employs an extraordinarily high line, without having the personnel to make it work.

I guarantee that even without RvP, we will finish ahead of you.

A sensitive gooner? any particular reason? I noticed a few days back you were all happy, fans saying you have a better attack then man city and that you have made awesome signings....now RVP turns the back on your club, the manager that helped make him? reason? same reason Viera, henry, adebayor, clichy, toure, cesc, nasri all left......you may play pretty football and have a manager that used to have success but you won't challenging for the title and thats a guarantee <ok>

I agree, but we're still going to finish ahead of you. I'd rather have a star striker walk out on us than not have a star striker to begin with.

And HIAG, like i said, at least we have strikers. yes, they may be untested, but at least we have some. If you sell Defoe, then you have nobody.

]Harry Kane, the next Michael Owen[/B]

....be scared Kyle..........be scared :bandit:

So he'll be injured all the time, and bugger off to spain to ruin his career, and somehow end up trialling at stoke? OK, fine, nothing to fear then.

As long as we get higuain in return that we're happy for Kane to ruin his career.

I expect Arsenal to finish above us again, for what the 16th time in a row?

While ENIC have been counting the pennies Arsenal have sorted out a team. They are stronger than us in every department from goalkeeper to strikers. I reckon they'll finish at least 6 points ahead of us, UNLESS ENIC actually do some business and get us the two strikers and goalkeeper we need.
