We lost at home to Norwich and Arsenal could easily have lost as well, 1 point instead of 0 points. It's just another way of looking at it which values Norwich as a team rather than the usual expectation from Arsenal & Spurs that they should beat a team like Norwich at home. A bit like the old sky 4 and the 'expectation' from the media or the 'expectation' that Redknapp would be England manager.
I always enjoy when these 'expectations' by the media are bamboozled.

Commentators who constantly give their predictions of the outcome as you watch the game.
